Brent Anderson

Imagine you're debating a change in where you live. Imagine all the hundreds of pieces that have to fall into place to make it all work. It's one of the biggest decisions you'll make in your lifetime, and having someone with the passion, focus, creativity, honesty and drive to make it work for YOU is absolutely vital. My job is to make your change work for you, and maybe we'll even have some fun along the way.

I have been a licensed REALTOR® in Edmonton since July 2010, with the honor of being consistently ranked among the Top 3 Agents in the Brokerage. My business has grown from repeat and referral clientele, who appreciate my focus, personal service, honesty, attention to detail and energy. In 2015 I undertook to further understand the "science" of the business by completing the Real Estate Brokers Program, enhancing my education and knowledge to the highest level in the business.

I have always had a passion for Homes and Real Estate. As a kid I loved building Lego mansions, putting up the SOLD sticker on the acreage I grew up on located 12 min East of Beaumont, viewing new homes when the family moved, and even then formed an addiction to show homes! Real Estate was an easy choice, and the “art” of putting together a deal is thrilling. Not one is the same, giving me a chance to learn with each transaction while keeping the days fresh and exciting. Working with clients and getting to see their faces as they get to put up the SOLD sticker or turn that key for the very first time as they walk into their new home.

I am a past Baord Member and current Team Leader for Skate Canada and travel to Competitions in Canada throughout the season, and find it a great way to give back to a sport that gave me so much over my 20 years. I actively sit on the Sponsorship and Planning Committees for - Syncrude's Fashion with Compassion Gala – in benefit of Sorrentino’s Compassion House in Edmonton. I enjoy a team day spent working with Habitat for Humanity in the building of homes and supporting the community.

I began working with Brent as an assistant in 2018 just after moving into our fifth home, our forever home. With personal experience, knowledge, and a passion for the entire real estate process, it was an easy decision to move passion into career and I became licensed as a REALTOR® in the Edmonton area in 2019.

At the age of 22 I purchased my first home and learned that I had an eye for design and the ability to not only walk into a property and see it as a blank slate but to also walk into a property and see it fully prepped as a beautiful show home. I love that I am able to use my excitement for design to help others prepare for the next step in life’s journey.

My goal is to always view the industry through the eyes of the client and to never stop learning. I have always based both my personal and business life on trust, respect and genuine relationships, and my intent is to continue that in my real estate career and build lasting relationships and friendships amongst clients.

I really believe that the experience of buying or selling should be enjoyed from beginning to end and I dedicate myself to making it the best experience.
